Credits, Payments and Membership
Creating an account and browsing member profiles is free, and standard members can view photos, use search filters and save favorites at no cost. Paid communication features, such as live chat and email, run on a pay-per-use credit system: you purchase credits in advance and they are only deducted when a paid feature is actually used, so tools you never open never cost you anything. New members receive a small number of welcome credits after registering, which can be used to try live chat before deciding whether to purchase more. Browsing itself remains free for as long as your account stays open.
Verification, Suspension and Account Closure
